What will happen after I purchase a GP referral letter?
After your purchase, you will receive a unique certificate booking reference number. This reference number allows you to upload your medical evidence.
Once uploaded, our doctors will review your evidence on the same day, between 9 am and 9 pm GMT, seven days a week. They may call you if they have any questions.
Once validated, we will send your GP referral letter to you by email and SMS.
